Attention: the prices are not about creating a character, so if you want to create a new character without any art reference, the request will fit in Character Design price.

PAYMENT:
• I take payments through PayPal (USD).
• Payment must be sent 50% after the sketch and the remaining 50% after the rendering is finished. Or, If you prefer, you can send the total amount before I start your commission.
• A 7% fee will be applied, covering the costs of the platform (Paypal).
• If for some reason PayPal holds the money you have sent, the commission will not be started until the money is received.
• +Character = +60%
• +Background = +40-80% (free for simple BG)
• +Animal (cat ou dog) = +60% base price
• Furry Art = +60%.
• Ref Sheet = Please dm so we can talk about it.
• Character Design = prices start at $140 USD

REQUEST
A commission request is sent via inbox on any social media listed above or an email is sent to [email protected] . Let me know what you're thinking: who's the commission for, or who your character is... Don't be shy to tell me about your story! I will respond within a day to discuss your idea.
SKETCHES
50% of the negotiated price sent through Paypal. Alternatively, you can pay in full directly. I will have 2-3 sketches for different poses, composition for you to choose from. You can tell me what you'd like to add or modify.
RENDERING
After I receive half or full price payment, I will begin the rendering. I will send you periodic progress updates. At this stage, I will only be able to make minor changes.
FINISH
I will finished after 1-2 weeks since you accepted the sketch.The finished products will be uploaded to a shared google drive for you to download without quality compensation from emails.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • You are ready and able to pay for your commission upfront. Payment plans are accepted.

  • All owners of the characters that will appear in the commission have given permission and agreed to the purchase of the commission.

  • You understand and comply with the information listed below.

ARTIST'S & CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS

  • The artist will own 100% of the rights to the commissioned artwork and can use it as the artist wishes. The artist may post or distribute commissioned work online, and make merchandising for promotion or sale. Permission is not required from the client.

  • The client has the right to request the artist not to sell merchandise of the artwork. Please make sure this is done beforehand.

  • Claiming the artwork to be customer’s is FORBIDDEN

  • Mass resale is not allowed. The client may post their commissioned artwork on any non-commercial website, with visible credit given to the artist.

  • Erasing, cutting or covering the signature is not allowed. If a clean copy is needed ask beforehand.

  • The customer may mass resell if the customer purchases the rights to the artwork they commission which can be discussed with the artist privately via email.

  • The artist has the RIGHT to REFUSE the commission without any sort of explanation.

  • The artist has the right to raise the final price of the commission if it needs extra work in artist’s opinion. Any explanation will be given on the customer’s request.

  • The artist has the right to cancel customer’s commission if the artist does not receive any kind of response from the client within 7 days from last message the artist sent, unless the artist receives a legitimate reason from the client ahead of time. The client will receive a refund based on how much work has been completed.

  • The artist has the right to resell an adopt if the customer didn’t accomplish the full payment on time and/or didn’t send any kind of response to the artist within 7 days from last message the artist sent. The client will receive a partial refund of the paid sum if this happens.

  • Selling an adopt for a higher price than its original is NOT acceptable unless you add extra art.

  • The customer is allowed to share the watermarked version on any public website, social media or blog.
